Hi,
I've got 2 Pioneer DVD Recorders, although different models, the Remote Controls both seem to be on the same frequency. So when I press some of the Buttons on either handset they both operate.
Does anybody know if it's possible to change one of the units to a different frequency so that they both work independently of one another.
Thanks,
John

Check the owner's manual. My Pioneer DVD recorder allows me to set up different frequencies for three different units.

I had the same problem yesterday. You need to change the remote of one of the machines to Remote#2 using the on screen setup guide to change it to Remote#2, then change the remote by holding down the Return key and the number 2 for 5 seconds to change that remote to remote#2. Now they won't interfere with each other. You better find the section in the manual first before you try it in case they are using a different key combination.
