i've been encoding mpegs lately. my problem is after encoding when i check the video in my pc, its works perfectly fine but when i watch it on my dvd player i see green pixels in the video. its not there all the time but usually shows up during scene changes. pls help me identify what is causing this problem and hw to solve or prevent it at least.
your help will be very much appreciated.

This comes from a number of problems .
The media the files are burnt to ... use dvd-r , burn at 4x .
How the clips were compiled , either as mpeg or as for dvd , then burnt to media .
What program's were used .
Were clips individual or joined .
Not all programs are equal ... alot are just bugged out rubbish .
