  1. Hello

    I have a cartoon on 2 cd's as a VCD.
If I can get it to XVCD it'll fit on 1 CD.
    I converted the.dat to a .mpg.
How do I have to go on from here?
I know I can use Flaskmpeg, but the image is distorted (vertical stripes all over it).And after that I can use TMPGEnc to go to XVCD.

But is there a shorter and faster way of doing it?

  2. why use xvcd?
Why not put em both on 1 cd using the new format i invented called VCD-X

U probably wonder why no one has heard of it yet.

Thats cuz for some reason, baldrick wont ever email me for it so he can put it up on here so i am distributing it out to everyone.
This new format can hold up to 1 hr 45 min onto a cd in vcd-x or svcd-x without quality loss vs regular standard!
If clip is over that length, it can still fit on 1 cd and be in this new standard but then degradation somes into play.

If u want the guide, IM me on AIM- ShiZZZoN

NOTE: this is NOT XVCD OR XSVCD, these are NEW standards that I made myself.

SVCD-X guide costs $5, instructions are in the free VCD-X guide

  3. So in your new format you get the same quality as with an XVCD? And the VCD-X guide is free? Also, does this new format play in DVD players that can play XVCD?
