Audio way out of sync after multiplexing

I'm using this Guide http://www.tagworld.com/ssj2_goha/PostDetail.aspx?id=8d1b3912-3d83-49b2-abc5-28d6f26e67a8 for Conversion from DVD to iPod. But one DVD (Shanghai Noon Region 2 PAL Collectors edition) gives me a problem that the audio is about 20s to late (DVDDecrypter notes delay 22645 or so). As the ImagoMultiplexer doens't allow for the setting of an audio delay, I want to know, which other free multiplexer I could use.

AC3 audio? then fix the audio withd DElaycut za/ AC3 Delay Corrector.

Or switch to Nero Recode...
