Hope this isnt a twatty question.
Im aware that stand alones are regionised but are DVD ROMS? Can I get any DVD ROM for my PC and it will play all regions?
Is it the software that makes the difference or a combination of the 2?
Id like to be able to make back ups so I was wondering if the COMBI type DVD rom /CD rw were any good or should I get a seperate CD RW burner?
Sorry if its a stupid question but I need to know!
I got Final Fantasy sitting here and I wanna watch that puppy.
