    hi.
im encoding a movie using tmpgenc doing an elementary video stream only to create an m2v file and adding the ac3 audio later when authoring, iv checked the source avi file and this problem doesnt occur then, what i'v done is that iv demuxed the source mp3 sound and converted it to ac3. after authoring the dvd (and adding the ac3 sound), at about 2hrs and 14 mins, a screen with blue and red and green and yellow and purple and other various colours appears, after which the audio goes badly out of sync
please can somebody tell me how to fix this,
    thanx in advance

Sounds like a dvd media problem.

How do you test the dvd? on your standalone dvd player? on your computer using a software dvd player?
