Complex DVD Menu Creation

Hello, Recently I brought a fear.com movie DVD from my friend. In the 'Subtitles menu' there are 3 selective buttons(subtitle selections).When selecting a button, the font and colour of the selected button changes and remaining buttons look alike like same font and colour, if I selected second button that button colour and font changes and remaining buttons colour and font look alike.Same thing happens to all buttons. Its a single menu not switched menu. Can anyone tell me how to create such menu. I know how to do such menus using dvd-lab pro software using switched menu technique,but this dvd has only one subtitle menu(not like switched menu when selecting a button auto-activates and jumps to next menu or link). Is there any software to create such menus.Thanks in Advance. I uploaded the image of the menu. Any Suggestions

I'm quite sure that something similar as the 'inverse' selection technic was used herefore. The procedure uses background, a 'normal' subtitles image and a transparent 'highlight' (and activated) image. Look here:

In your example it seems that the text of the selected button doesn't have a transparent black, but a 'solid' black (which will complettely overlay the background).
