Hey all what I'm trying to do is DVD to DIVX. I used Fairuse Wizard with one movie and I was very pleased with the results. I have a few full DVDs sitting on my hard drive right now what I'm trying to do is create an ISO file out of one of them (Since Fairuse only uses ISO or actual DVDs in the rom). I'm not real familuar on the ISO creating process since I've only extracted them. I tried Magic ISO and everything seemed to be alright until I loaded into FUW and it gives me this error message "The DVD filesystem could not be loaded - Unable to read partition descriptor, invalid LBA" so I did a few changed to MISO and then I got this error when I tried to load it in "Unable To Read Anchorpoint - Unable To read DVD Data". The movie that worked sucessfully was actually an ISO file that I downloaded, so I'm guessing it has something to do with me creating one. I tried DVD Decryptor (which I read makes good ISO files) but I can't figure out how to do it.
Has anyone else ran into this problem before or knows what is going on here

    Thanks alot

Imgburn ... set mode to build .

There is box with the word "source" above it ... to the right is a "+" ... under that is a file icon ... and under that is a folder icon which you will use to add the folder to the compilation iso .

Prepare the file order before iso creation ...

Go where the dvd files are you want as iso .

Rename the folder they are in to reflect the title name ... something short .
Add Audio_ts folder , and Video_ts folder to this main folder .
Grab all the dvd files and drop them into Video_ts folder .

Now if you named the main folder to like ... iceage2 ... then go back to imgburn , and now click that folder icon I mentioned above ... only load the main folder ... the example was called iceage2 .

It might ask you a question related to dvd video , answer yes if it shows ... then it ask's where the iso is to be generated .

    Wait till done .

    ------------------------

Back in imgburn , set mode to write

Where it now says "please sellect file ... " , hit the folder icon without the green + on it .

Browse to where the iso is stored ... change file type to "iso files" ... then you'll see the image file you created ... sellect image .

Set speed to 4x , and hit the large logo button down to the left to start burning the iso ...

    And wait till done .

  3. workaround: burn the current DVD to a DVD-RW and get the iso from it
