    Hi all.I'm anewbie !!!
    My problem is that I had an video file with the avi format and a subtitles file with the srt format!~Howwever the subtiltes appeared did not fit the speech! !!So,What can I do to adjust the subtitles to fit the speech???Thanks

    Get Subtitle Workshop.

    It has a good help file to explain how to sync.

    Simplest method:
    Edit / Timings /Adjust

    That will adjust all the times at once given the correct times of the first and last subtitle.

    If you need to adjust individual ones, that's easy too.
