i've read some short procedures for getting an outta sync dvd rip back into sync...however, they basically just said to demux, then adjust the audio file in some way, then remux back together...
i was wondering if someone can give an exact url to a detailed method on making a dvd rip in sync...i.e. most say to just add the necessary "blank sound" in the audio file to make it match up with the video file...but it doesn't mention HOW we find out how much to add..is there anyway to tell exactly how outta sync the dvd rip is (in milliseconds)..is there a proggie that can do this?
