silvercrest KH 6510 USb problems

Hi folks,

I have a new Silvercrest Kh 6510 but I'm getting grief with the USB port.The first time I used it the screen displayed a message telling me it was accessing the USB device but it never found it and now when I plug in a USB pen drive nothing happens at all. Any one got any ideas ?

I bought the SilverCrest KH6511 it's the silver one, same as 6510. My USB Pen Drive 1GB works a treat...Incert the Pen Drive
Then Press the "DVD/CARD/USB Button on the Remote. It should recognise it..If not, pull it out n reincert it.
This little Miracle has played everything I've tried in it so far..Except my TIFF photos...My ProShow Gold Videos Play Well.
Yet to try my My External HDD..
