Scenario is having Main Concept to capture MPEG 2 and using MPEG wizard to edit the MPEG clips.
Has anyone used this combination of software on the same PC? If so have you had any conflict with the outcome of the file?
Just looking for opinions on this combination. Thanks.

I may have used the combination but had both installed without any problems.

I just did my own little test.
1 On a fresh operating system Mpeg 2 files wont play for me on WMP. Yea I know that already.
2 It appears that on a fresh operating system (XP pro) when I install MPEG wizard by itself then bring some MPEG files to edit then render out I cant play them out of windows media player.
3 On a fresh operating system installing just Main Concept encoder and I bring in mpeg 2 files or capture mpeg 2 I can play these files now in Windows media player.
It appears that MPEG wizard does not install a codec in the operating system where the encoder software will. Is it fair to say then that codecs would not interfere with each other between womble and Main Concept?
