    Hi, i;ve tried mencoder and ffmpeg but they seem to dump out to I420 instead.

    Need to do this to try and do some 'objective' video quality analysis, and the tool i;m trying to use only accepts Raw uncompresses RGB24 to remove biases from decoders.

    virtualdub has an Uncompressed RGB option - might be worth a try
