Does anyone know if the Epson R340 uses chipped ink cartridges? I would like to be able to use a bulk ink refill kit for the printer I get.
Thanks,
Nolo

All of the printers have chipped carts these days. Just buy some refillable carts that have reset chips.

Epson was a leader in chipped cartridges.
Check out C&C cartridges for the Epson at meritline.com or overstock.com. I have had excellent results with them at very low prices. Their ink is so good that HP is suing them for patent infringement on ink patents.
Sometimes they don't mention the vendor. - if so they picture the red and blue box.
