There are two section on the page for "Audio and Subtitle Settings"
In the right pane there is "Stream preferences" and in the left pane it is called "Stream configuration"
They interact with one another and I'm confused the exact difference between the two.

Why are ones and zeros so complicated? Linear Video Editing was easier. Downloading & streaming are two different things.
