    I agree with the Scorpion King. I said,
    Well, you won't get any improvement by re-encoding to a larger framesize. If your files are 352x240, leave them alone if they are DVD compliant.

    Actually it was in the restoraation forum and the thread contains quite a bit of information regarding upscaling, probably one to add to your favorites. The app I was referring to is a pay-for one but the thread goes into deatial about using vdub and lots of other info...
