I need copy data CD (program) to DVD. So first I need copy data from CD to hard drive, then burn it on a dvd. Should I save data on hardrive as ISO image? Or just copy data as is?
What is recommended Nero settings to burn DVD?(for Nero 6 Ultra edition)

You would most likely need to copy all of the files off, then burn as data. That may or may not work depending on how the disc is setup.
Your best bet, would be to copy from cd to cd. Then you could just create in ISO.Google is your Friend -
If you have two drives, then you can drag all the folder/files from the CD to the DVD, then burn it.

That's all assuming there's no strange, sub-code copy protection on the CD (which can't translate to DVD, as there's no such thing as subcode on a DVD).
