    Exactly as I have always said. There was no need for Sony to force a Blu-Ray player on people who wanted a PS3. It made the console much more expensive for no purpose whatsoever. What percentage of games do you think will need all that space?

    I don't think it's a matter of need but a matter of availability. 4 or 5 years ago what game would need a DVD? Not many if any at all but most can easily eat up that amount of space now.

    Half Life 2 -- Episode One .... it is on a DVD Disk ... it for sure is not on a 700 MB CD Disk

    Well what conquest was getting at was how many games need 25gb of next gen dvd space right now?
