    Hi,
    I used both Nero and ConvertXtoDvd to burn some movies.
    I could play the movies on DVD player but there is a pause about every 3 min for a sec.

    I am using a Dell inspiron laptop and have Sony DVD+-RW DW-D56A dvd writer.
    The last update on the driver is 07/01/2001.

    Please let me know if there is a new driver which could solve this issue or any other solution for this.

    Have you tried more than one DVD player? Do the discs play ok in your laptop? Which media did you use?

    Is ConvertX putting a chapter point in? The last time I saw something like this was when using NeoDVD along time ago.
