I am looking for software that will help someone who is visually impaired. It needs to accept voice commands and convert speech to text (like for email) but also read back the screen text (for email and browser, etc.). I'm trying to stay under $200, if possible. I know about Dragon Naturally Speaking, but I'm wondering if there are any others. (I seem to remember that IBM made a software like this many years ago, but I'm not sure if it is still around.) Any comments or suggestions from people who have experience with this type of software, will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Matt
