I am having serious sync issues when using AutoGK. I figure somewhere one of the many components that it relies on got corrupted. Usually I would just uninstall/reinstall but AutoGK install so many codecs and stuff - any advice about repairs?

It is more likely to be your source. G-spot or avicodec can give you details about the source video and audio.
