Pls recommend tools for auto enhancement of videos

Are there tools available for enhancing videos esp auto enhanceing as i have very little knwledge. time or inclination towards these things but wish to enhance some existing yet useful videos in my possession

In your experience which are the tools\software\programs that i may try out before buying (money is not the issue)

The best tools are not automatic and require some time to be invested on your part. Virtualdub (and variants) and avisynth would top the list. After that you have the rudimentary tools that ship in most editors, from Premiere and Vegas down to Ulead VideoStudio. They are all pretty basic, although Vegas' colour correction tools are pretty strong. But again, none of them are automated.

There is no magic "make video good" application - it just doesn't work like that.
