    Hi,

    I have converted some files from a DVD RAM disk and reauthored onto a DVD-R disc using TMPGenc DVD Author. I even setup a menu with this program with 4 chapters. When I insert into my DVD player it plays right away the first chapter. Why is it not going to the chapter menu first? I can get to the chapter menu by hitting the root menu button on my remote. Any ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated

    what did you set the "First play" to?
    what version of tmpgenc dvd author?

    Hi,

    it is version 1.5.20.62 of TMPGEnc DVD Author. Just found the problem. Had it defaulting to play all tracks instead of Display Main Menu as the Firstplay action. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

    I had this bug in v.1.5 (changing first play settings didn't work, menu was only accessible with remote) and not in 1.6.
