    After a lot of searching, ImTOO seems to be the only encoding software that can encode Xvid and DviX avi with AC3 audio without any demuxing, it's seemless. However, it costs 35 clams. The trial version only allows a rediculous 5 min of encoding.

    Any suggestions?

    encode to what? reencode to avi divx or xvid?
    and why reencode? do you want to reencode to ntsc? then continue in your first topic instead.
