Hi. Hope someone can help out.
I use Clone DVD to copy and burn my movies.
What I would like to do now is once I have copied the movie onto my hard-drive, I would like to be able to somehow convert it to something I can upload to rapidshare.
I was told to use WinRar, but it doesn't seem to convert the 5 VOB files that Clone creates when it copies my movie.

Do I need another program before using WinRAR?

You use winrar to split/archive/compress the huge size DVD into many equal sizes, then upload it to rapidshare. I think rapidshare has a 100MB limit per file, so set winrar to split the DVD into several parts with 100MB or less (to be sure) per part. Winrar can archive anything, even VIDEO_TS folder.

Hey, thanks. I do believe it's working at 98000 MB sections.
Probably be a huge file as Pirates Of The Caribbean-Dead Mans Chest is a 3 hour movie. Probably take all night to convert..lol

Actually to do it really fast is change "compression method" to store. The sum of the files will be bigger as no compression would be done, but it will archive many times faster and not take you all night.
