Hmmm the GF has two DVDs I created which she NEEDS for her dissertation. Trouble is one disc will not duplicate and gives CRC errors. It does not look scratched.

A number of the files in the video_ts will not copy over as they give the CRC errors. Any easy salvage? TKS

That happens with low quality media... try to use ISObuster or some similar software to recover the files.

That happened to me not so long ago. Fortunately, I had also saved the elementary streams on another disc and they were OK, so I just reauthored the thing.

I did not know ISObuster could be used but I will give that a try tomorrow.
