    newbie here, and i badly need help...

    i have a dvd player, RCA - RC5215P, and i dont have the original remote control. i would like to unlock the region code but the guides i found need to push the "INFO" button on the remote. my problem now is that there's no "INFO" button on the universal remote im using.

    can anyone help... please?

    Sounds like you will need an original remote or a universal with an info key (unless another key is used in place of the info key). Trial and error or the manual may tell you.

    Also keep in mind that region codes don't always work. So even if you get the "info" key to work, doesn't mean the hack will work.
