    I have a Koss DVD player that is supposed to play VCD movies but all I am getting is a no disc error. I am using memorex 700 mb CD's burned through both Otoker burner/converter and regular Windows (tried both). The files have been converted in Magic Video Converter. Is there some step I am not doing or is it a hardware/software problem?

    Does the dvd player play cd-r discs? Some will only play cd-rw discs. Check that and try again. Also try differnt blank discs. It might not like the brand your using.

    Yeah, it plays CD-R according to the list so I guess I'll try a different brand. I have a Koss KS3102 by the way.

    FYI make sure your disc is finalized. Don't have it be multisession. For vcd try something like vcdeasy - good software for vcd.

    Try VCDEasy, it is more than the worth of its price

    Which Burner did you use earlier?

    I tried using an old RW but that didn't work either. I guess I'll give this new program a try.
