    Is it possible to remove the macrovision write protect from the firmware on a Liteon DD-A110 dvd recorder.

    Had a go with the classic Liteon Hack program today but it just succeeded in making my player region 1 (which I changed back to region free). Can the firmware be hex-edited to circumnavigate mv?
