I use dvd shrink to backup my dvds. The dvd i am trying to back up was backed up to my pc in 8 minutes. I then use Vso copy to dvd to burn onto a dvd. For some reason it takes over an hour to burn.
Anybody any idea as to what is causing this problem?
My processor is an intel pentium 4 2.40 GHz and i have 512MB ram so i believe my pc is capable of much faster speeds. My dvd rewriter is a LiteOn drive. I have no idea of the model number and do not know how to find this out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Make sure your burner is running in DMA mode.
Right click My Computer/Properties/Hardware/Device Manager
