On the fly encoding of any format to WMV format

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what is available to automatically encode AVI,MOV or other formats to WMV format? I am not looking for Stand-alone applications.

I want to automate encoding of other Video formats to WMV format (preferably using COM automation). What options are available and which is recommended, which is the best?
