Create animated video

Hi,
Here is what i want, i have about 100 pics, i want to put them in a video, like 2s for a single pic with a soundtrack,
i really dont know what they call this thing but i hope someone understand me,
now i wich tool should i use to create this video (animation) ?!!

If you are just flipping through the pictures... you want a slideshow program. Check the tools, there are lots of options.

Your profile states you have XP SP2, so you could try Windows Movie Maker (it's part of XP). You can import pictures and then put them on the timeline. You can set the default duration to be 2 seconds. Then add an audio file for the soundtrack and create the movie....

Thanks all, i just install Proshow Gold, and it did a very good gob,
its really wonderful with all the effect and diff formats.
