Hi all, im new to the forum and im a totally noob when it comes to capturing but really want to know more.
The issue i have is:
I have a daughter that wants to be able to see TV on her computer and im trying to solve it. This is what i have tried:
S-Video signal that carries the TV signal to the video card that is a vivo MSIFX5900 where i connected the S-video cable into the gfx card. That gave no result and i tried installing the wdm drivers but that didnt help either seems windows dosnt want to find my video-in port.
Am i missing something, is it impossible to do what im trying to?
Maybe i should buy a TV card that could "carry" the S-Video signal into my computer or perhaps another kind of card/solution?
(Hopefully i posted on the correct place.)

The Card supports only Video out via the S-Video. You will need a card that has a TV Tuner. Here's more info on your card. Good Luck and Welcome to the Forum
