Hi. I 'converted' a VOB file into MPG format, but upon doing so, the audio... disappeared. I've ripped from the DVD, but when I attempt to fuse it with the video, TMPGEnc has this error:
27428 s packets cause buffer underflow. The MPEG file might cause error when played.

Then, when I play the file, there's nothing there. It plays for the correct amount of time, but its like the video/sound has been... erased.

Is there anyway to fix this?

    Thanks.

  2. Sounds like you are just getting the video portion of the VOB file when you extract the MPEG, try a separate extraction of just the audio portion. Then take those both in when using TMPGEnc to author another DVD.

TMPGEnc will also read audio/video material straight from a DVD or the VIDEO_TS file stucture on your PC's hard drive. That may be even easier than what you're doing.
