  1. I just bought Roxio CD Creator 5 Platinum and I have tried making VCD's with it...

I select TRACK-BY-TRACK, and then when I play it, it reads it as "TRACK 0" and then gives the total time but WON'T play.

I then erased it (I was using a CD-RW) and made the SAME thing with NERO. And it separated all tracks so I could seek through them and it worked great!

But what is wrong with ROXIO?! I paid 99.99 for it and even though I am happy using NERO, it kinda pisses me off I spent this money and it won't work. Is there a way to get it to separate tracks?

  3. I started with EZCD4 then upgraded to 5. Spent too much - the VCD software is confusing and limited. Only the simplest VCDs can be made - never figued out the one level menu crap. No SVCD, no xVCD/SxVCD, no DVD. I think they are just trying to milk this version before selling a decent program in version 6. Or they might be going down the tubes as they let go their #1 support person and didn't pay their listserv staff for awhile. Keep the stuff you have bought for the other software (sound CD, data CD creation) but the free software here will run circles around EZCD5's implementation. Try using TSCV & VCDimager, both free.

  4. Thanx...I just figured it out...

I selected DISK-AT-ONCE and it did TRACK BY TRACK!
