  1. I recovered my photos from an old hard disk but i can not view many of the jpgs i had
    i use acdsee 5.0 and it says Bicubic Interpolation and file is blank grey page
    What is that ? can i repair these files

    If by "recovered" you mean the drive failed and you used data recovery software to recover the files, then the files are corrupt and you won't be able to "repair" them.

    Of course, you could always use your last backup of the hard drive before the "recovery" to restore your most precious pics.

    it is a hard question,i don't if there are any software can do this.
    but i kown that if the picture is very important, you can repair it manually with some Binary-Edit Programe.
    you need to learn something about how the format of jpg is defined.
    as far as i kown ,it is not a easy thing to do
