    When I'm playing an mp3 or a video in WMP I have a stange problem.

    If I advance the song/video by clicking on the 'seek bar' (the sliding bar that indicates what point of the song/video you are at) the volume jumps to a extremely high volume for no reason. The volume is at least double what it was before I advanced it.

    It's quite deafening when I'm listening on headphones.


    Does anyone know how to fix this? It doesn't happen in other appz like winamp and yahoo music jukebox.

    I've never had this problem. Try reinstalling WMP possibly.
