    How do I rip the music from a DVD menu screen? ANY help would be appreciated!

    Can someone help me step by step with this program? I'm lost, it's not saving any of the audio files.

    If the Menu Music isn't too long, why not just record it with Audacity or Total recorder?

    Menus are VOB files (VTS_xx_0.VOB). Extract to MPEG using VOB2MPG then demux using Rejig.

    Can someone help me step by step with this program?

    Open a Menu Vob (as explained by jimmalenko) in DGIndex. Go File->Save Project. At default settings the audio will be saved. You might check to see that Audio->Output Method->Demux All Tracks is checked. I'm pretty sure it is.

    Alternatively, using PGCDemux open an IFO for a VTS that contains the menu you want. Tick Domain->Menu, select the menu you want in the drop down box, and "Process".
