    I'm a new member ..
    I need your help i want to encode subtitle with a file ..
    the problem is that how can i use diferent color in the subtitle to release a video with subtitle that have diferent color..
    like in some asian drama..( if there are two person talk I can know who's talking by the color of subtitle)..
    I need any programm & i use srt. file..

    Use Aegisub and convert the SRT to ASS format, which supports colour, fonts, etc.

    SRT files don't specify fonts or colours. Try ASS as I mentioned.

    Again: .srt subs doesn't support different subtitle colors. .ssa and .ass do. Convert to .ass or .ssa with some subtitle converter. Add your color coding. Reencode video with VirtualDub and the subtitler filter, using your ssa/ass subtitle.
