I have DVD movie , size is about 7 to 8 GB and I want to write them onto 4.7GB , How can i do that..

Is this DVDShrink does this? or is there any other Good Software (Freeware)?

Yes dvdshrink does a pretty good job with this. But if the disk has copyguard you'll need some other programs. DVDfab decrypter removes encryption and it is also free. Check it out.

How can you fit 5 gallons of water into a 1 gallon jug without losing any water ?

It's not ever going to happen... if you want to fit something into a smaller container or format or disc you are gonna have to lose something.

Use shrink and just do the movie only with just the main DD audio, get rid of all the extra audio tracks and you will prob. have very little quality loss, not even enough to notice.

If you want to keep it full quality, as the original, use DL disc's.

Or if SL disk is still desired,then DVDRB is what I would use for best quality preservation ...IMO!!!
but definitely DL backup for best near original full quality.....
