I have a AVI file, which has too much blue color in it. Which software I can use it to fix that?

I'd use VirtualDub and a RGB filter. You can find one at http://neuron2.net/ Another easy filter to use which includes white balance, color correction, contrast, brightness and a few more is the White Balance filter. But for specific color control the RGB is probably better.

Maybe you would like to try out one of these VirtualDub filters
ColorMill and RGB Equalizer available at these links

    http://fdump.narod.ru/

    http://user.rol.ru/~eugekhor/

Both work by simply moving sliders to adjust color channels, brightness, contrast, etc.

Colormill is a favorite of mine, I recommend it highly.

There is also an issue with certain versions of Xvid causing blue tinted playback. Perhaps you just need to update a codec.
