Hi all,
I've been using SVCD2DVD for many months and it has worked like a dream. I just however came to use it and it crashed big time open launching and came up with an error message.![]()
It said that i should reinstall to solve the issues with it.
I've downloaded the latest version but when I come to install I get the message
"Module C:\WINDOWS\system32\Code-Lock.ocx failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personnel."
It then gives me the options of either Exit Installation, Try Again or Continue. Try again does nothing, then when I continue it syas that the application has been installed. When I try to load the program I get this message.
"The application failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
When I click OK, I get a pop up box - SVCD2DVD.exe - Common Language Runtime SDebugging Services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xfc0 (4032), Thread id=0xd40 (3392).
Click Ok to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
When i click on CANCEL, the JIT bebugger is not available comes up with the error code 0x2 (2).
cordbg.exe !a 0xfc0
Any suggestions as to how to get this fine program working again?
Cheers all

Something has shafted your VB runtime installation and the dll has gone missing. Download it again from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=7B9BA261-7A9C-43E7-9117-F6730...displaylang=en
Then reinstall S2D and you should be back in business!SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

Cheers Chrissyboy.
It was the wonderful world of Registry mechanic. I've just gone back to the safe point with this and reinstalled and it works fine now.
Cheers for the prompt response and thanks for all the work on this fine piece of software.
