  1. At first i thought it was just Divx to mpeg1, but when i tried using filters to better my existing .mpg file, the following problems still came up:
After encoding from the source video and a wav file, i end up with the newly encoded .mpg file. For some reason, everytime it's done and encoded, it's not a valid vcd file format and must be fixed with MPG Corrector. This happens all the time. After I fix it with the MPG Corrector. I can then burn it as a standard vcd format. I usually burn to CDRWs. When i play it in my player, I get skips through out the video, sometimes a bunch of green boxes appear and then disappear, ghosting images sometimes. This only happens to video files I encode myself, so i must be doing the encoding wrong. If anyone thinks they know what's going on, i would greatly appreciate a response. Another thing is, when i encode if am using the computer still would that mess up wthe encoding? like how it can mess up the burning process? Thanks in advance for any help.

  2. I was just wondering, does this sound like a bitrate problem? I had it set to 1150kb bitrate all the time i did this. If i went higher would it improve anything?
