Hi all,
I need help in choosing a video codec.
I want to encode video clips in very low bitrate (~130kbps). The video clips would be 320x240. I want to encode the clips and make them ready for streaming over the internet. Have seen a lot of different stuff on the net and now I cannot make my mind.
So I would appreciate opinions on this matter.
Thanks,
Bojan

Thanks for the replies.
What about divx/xvid. Anybody had experience with it (streaming wise)
