Cannot join AVIs

Hi,

I am trying to join three AVIs into one with VirtualDubMod but every time it joins the first one and two times the third one without the second one. Why is that? Is VDM OK for this?

Actually it's more weird: I click the second file after the first one but once I check it in VDM, it is the third one instead of the second. I am absolutely sure I click the second one. I repeated it three times. Please help. What could it be?

I do not why It was happening but I've found the way.

I placed the third file in a separate folder and after the first two have been connected I added the third one. But still it's weird!
