  2. What program are you using to burn?
Can you post your log file?

    Hi Jikchung

Thank's for getting back to me.

I have Nero burner to burn the files but it didn't get that far.

Looking at the log there appeared to be a problem locating the avi file. I had previously saved this file on a disc and was asking SVCD2DVD to take it from my dvd drive. Should I only convert files that are on my hard drive?

After seeing this in the log I tried an avi file that was on my hard drive and it actually made a DVD from it, although it did keep sticking on my DVD. I will try again using a +DVD instead of a -DVD like the one I used.

  4. Yes, use AVI files that are on a hard disk. SVCD2DVD places the created MPG file in the same folder as the AVI then authors from there.

If you have any other burning issues try ImgBurn instead of nero.

    Thank's again for reply.
Have managed a great DVD from AVI having used a DVD+ which suits my DVD player better.
