I've gotten to the conversoin part already but i'm not so sure if i'm doing it right. After converting i have like 4 files. Am i suppose to use the alltoavi batch or something to put them together? is it like alltoavi converts it and the alltoavi batcher puts them together? If so, can someone help me by giving me a step-by-step for that? I tried it and got confused...

If it is a CBR MP3 file, open the avi file in virtualdubmod and go streams -> stream List. Click add, browse for the mp3 file and click OK, OK. Go File -> Save As. Make sure you are in Direct Stream Processing mode, put in a file name and save. You should now have an avi file with audio track ready to play.

You don't need the mkv or avc file, just the video and audio

What is the video clip ? What format, what container ?

I don't download MKVs, so AlltoAvi isn't something I've had need of.

However if you have a video clip and an audio track, all you need to do is get them together.

If you actually answer my questions, I can probably tell you. Lets start again.

You have run all to avi and now have a video file, an MP3 audio file an MKV file (which I assume is your original) and an AVC file. Is this correct so far ?

What is the video file ? (extension, what does g-spot say about it ?)

All you need is the video and audio stream from the MKV file. If you now have these files, it is simply a matter of actually following the instructions I gave earlier about virtualdub to put them together.

But until you give me real details, I can't give you much more advice.

You are making life hard for yourself by your refusal to answer some very simple questions. Two minutes on your part would probably get you the answers you seek.
