    hello

i normally download my videos from such things as moepheus .. any way althought the quality is much higher i found it was much quciker to download them from youtube ... Any way when you download from youtube it put the files into FLV format (flash) ... So i went looking on the net for a tool that would convert the FLV files to Mpeg, and i found "Riva FLV Encoder" and althought a little slow, it does the job. However i found that the quality of the Mpeg compared to the FLV file is not as good and althought the size of the file has increased (e.g when in FLV it may be 8MB in size and when converted to Mpeg it becomes 12mb) the video becomes a bit more blury.

Is there any way that i can restore the quality of the mpeg files, or a program that can increse there quality???

Any help would be much appreciated

Try increase the bitrate(bigger file size) in the mpeg.

    And read https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?p=1599408#1599408
