h264 and AC3 in .AVI container
(where h264 is encoded from VOB or Video TS and AC3 is passed through)

Handbrake can make this and its playable in QT and VLC.

I can't seem to make streamclip, visual hub, ffmpegX create a file of that type. Can anyone help?
