I am trying to help my dad but there is no support from Pinnacle anymore for this version.
The music track does not seem to be captured, or if it is captured it does not play with the rest of the video. I have tried several different CDs but still doesn't work, although it was fine in the past.
Choosing Toolbox/Add CD Music/Add to Movie results in the music track showing as all blue, but no music plays.
I also tried deleting and reloading all the software but still cannot make it work.
After several attempts I get a runtime error with 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library' in the titlebar of the pop-up window.
Any help would be greatly appreciated (although it does mean I will be forced to watch more home videos against my will...)
